Your Role:

As our Senior Product Designer, you will be at the heart of our design team, shaping Hadrian’s UI/UX to be as powerful as the technology behind it. You'll design experiences that empower users to tackle complex cybersecurity challenges with ease. From refining workflows to innovating entirely new approaches, you will play a critical role in bringing clarity, simplicity, and delight to our platform.

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be part of Hadrian’s product team and will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to transform the platform into something users rave about.

What you will do as a Senior Product Designer at Hadrian:

• Own the end-to-end design process across a variety of product initiatives - from concept to execution
• Create elegant user experiences that make complex cybersecurity workflows intuitive and efficient
• Collaborate deeply with front-end engineers and product managers to align on vision and execution
• Contribute to and expand our design system in Figma
• Bring a strategic eye to the platform and help shape Hadrian’s long-term design direction
• Use insights from user research, data, and testing to inform decisions and spark innovation
• Push the envelope with bold, surprising, and pragmatic solutions that stand out in a crowded market

You are fit for this job because you:

• Have 4–7 years of experience in product design on technical B2B products for a technical audience, with a strong foundation in UX and UI
• Are proficient in using Figma and have experience with design systems
• Have experience in user research, mapping out features and all the flows, contributing to design strategy
• Enjoy turning abstract, messy problems into clear solutions by effectively communicating and collaborating with product managers, other designers and engineers
• Understand technical constraints and can quickly grasp complex problems
