Your Role:
As a Solutions Architect at Hadrian, you will be a key player in our US West Coast expansion. Your primary goal is to empower our sales and pre-sales teams by providing deep technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and customer needs, designing technical solutions and acting as a subject matter expert to drive successful customer engagements.
Your success will be measured by the revenue growth you influence, the number of successful solution deployments, and overall customer satisfaction and retention. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, working with a dynamic team to become a trusted technical advisor in the cybersecurity space.
What you will do as a Solutions Architect at Hadrian:
- Technical Expertise: Become an expert in Hadrian and its unique technology, enabling our US sales team to accurately identify technical buyer needs and craft effective POVs.
- Product Demo’s: Together with sales, conduct engaging demo calls to different stakeholders from senior management to security analysts.
- Customer Success: Take ownership of operational projects as they arise, such as product implementation and integrations, customer support, and process improvements.
- Product roadmap: Work closely with the product team translating customers pain points and use cases into roadmap feedback and prioritisation.
You are fit for this job because you:
- Have 5-7 years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical pre-sales role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Are familiar with security frameworks and compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
- Have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, including vulnerability management, network security, and application security.
- Have an exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Bring excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to the table.
- Are experienced with security assessment tools and methodologies like penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
- Thrive working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
