Your Role:
As our Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager, you will establish and scale our ABM function from the ground up. Your goal will be to drive qualified engagement and generate a pipeline from high-value accounts through personalized, intent-driven campaigns. You will own our intent-driven ABM campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge technology and ensuring close alignment between Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to target strategic accounts.
What you will do as an Account Based Marketing Manager at Hadrian:
- Develop and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns.
- Leverage N.Rich intent data to identify accounts that are in-market and activate multi-channel programs.
- Partner with Sales, SDR, and Product Marketing to align on account coverage and campaign execution.
- Design and deliver personalized content, messaging, and landing pages for target accounts and personas.
- Track, measure, and optimize campaigns against goals for engagement and pipeline contribution.
You are fit for this job because you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of direct ABM experience.
- Have hands-on experience with intent data platforms (e.g., N.Rich, Demandbase, 6sense, TechTarget).
- Have a strong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution.
- Have knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Possess a data-driven mindset with an ability to track and optimize campaigns.
- Have excellent collaboration skills for working across Sales and Marketing teams.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
- Experience creating personalized content or campaign assets.
