Your Role:

As a Hacker at Hadrian, you will be a key player in strengthening our Hacking & Solutions team. Your primary focus will be advancing our autonomous hacking platform by developing new vulnerability detection methods and enhancing our system's capabilities. You will do this by working remotely from the LATAM region, providing coverage across US and LATAM timezones. 

While you will get to collaborate with Solution Architects (SAs) to support customer engagements, the majority of your time will be dedicated to research and platform development. That said, this role offers more than just hacking! We are looking for someone to make a huge impact on our autonomous hacking system by building the detection capabilities that power Hadrian’s platform. 

Your success will be measured by the new vulnerability detection methods you add to our platform and the technical innovations you bring to our autonomous system. Finally, this is an opportunity to work independently on research projects within a global, tight-knit team, where your contributions directly shape the future of our hacking capabilities.

What you will do as a Hacker at Hadrian:

• Continuously enhance the vulnerability detection capabilities and methodologies of the Hadrian system.
• Monitor system output, analyze findings, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Assess security risks and optimize existing vulnerability scans within your first 2 months.
• Develop and contribute new scanning modules and logic to the engine within 6 months.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects on successful PoV engagements.
• Grow to autonomously lead PoVs and engage directly with customers within your first year.

You are fit for this job because you:

• Have 5+ years of professional experience in ethical hacking.
• Possess professional working proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Are highly experienced in web application penetration testing.
• Are proficient in using the Burp Suite (or similar proxy/interception tools).
• Have familiarity with programming languages like Python and/or Golang.
• Have a proven track record of successfully working independently on complex projects.

Bonus points if you:

• Maintain a successful Bug Bounty Hunter portfolio or a strong Responsible Disclosure portfolio.
• Currently work in pen-testing or another role focused on offensive security.
