Your Role:

As a Junior Product Designer at Hadrian, you will be contributing to our platform’s visual soul and support product and brand design across the entire product lifecycle!

You will work closely with our Senior Designer and Product Managers to translate complex "hacker logic" into beautiful, functional interfaces. This means collaborating with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to contribute to user-centered interfaces, design systems, and compelling visual communications that help our customers understand and act on security insights.

In this role, you will learn quickly, take on increasing ownership of design tasks, and help raise the quality and consistency of our product experience. We’re looking for someone with strong foundational design skills, a willingness to iterate based on feedback, and a collaborative mindset.

What you will do as a Junior Product Designer at Hadrian:

• Elevate Hadrian’s Visual Identity: Work alongside a Senior Designer to ensure the Hadrian platform looks world-class, remains on-brand, and provides a consistent experience across all modules.

• Collaborate & Build: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to turn wireframes into high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems.

• Iterate with Impact: Use your eye for detail to spot inconsistencies and take the initiative to fix them.

• Bridge the Gap: If you can code, you’ll be opening pull requests to ensure the final implementation is as pixel-perfect as your Figma files.

You are fit for this job because you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in product or visual design (UI/UX).

• Possess strong visual design skills. You understand typography, layout, and color theory deeply.

• Have a portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving, clear interaction flows and visual design quality.

• Have a "Product Mindset". You don’t just want things to look pretty; you want them to work perfect, on brand and delightful.

• Are a true team player who thrives on feedback and loves collaborating with engineers and product managers.

• Are genuinely curious about Cybersecurity, AI, and emerging technology.

• Are seeking a role that offers independence and accountability rather than just following a checklist.

Bonus points if you have:

• AI Tool Proficiency: You use AI tools to prototype at high velocity and/or you know how to leverage AI to generate unique, on-brand visuals.

• Coding skills: Familiarity with CSS/React or the ability to navigate a GitHub repo.

• Illustration skills: Ability to create custom icons or visual assets that give our brand a unique edge.
