Field Marketing Manager - USA
Do you enjoy turning live events and on-the-ground campaigns into measurable revenue and brand momentum?
Then this is your opportunity to join Hadrian's fast-growing team and help scale our presence across the USA as a Field Marketing Manager!
Who are we:
We are Hadrian - an offensive cybersecurity startup. We are reshaping the future of cybersecurity through the power of agentic AI injected with the hacker’s perspective. Founded in August 2021, we've secured funding and the backing of ABN AMRO Ventures and Cherry Ventures, propelling us into a new era.
Our goal is to provide companies with an autonomous Threat Exposure Management platform. At Hadrian, we view security through a hacker's eyes because hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organisations, discover risks, and prioritise remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces.
Located in Amsterdam's buzzing Leidseplein and by London's famous Paddington Station, our diverse team from 25+ countries is on a mission to shake things up in offensive security. Join us in making waves and securing over 200 businesses, and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.
Your Role:
As Field Marketing Manager at Hadrian, you will own the strategy and execution of regional field and event marketing across the United States. You will build relationships with sales and demand teams, design high-impact programmes, and run events and regional campaigns that accelerate pipeline and expand brand awareness.
You will be responsible for planning end-to-end event experiences, regional ABM activations, partner co-marketing, and local demand generation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on operator who can work across time zones, manage vendors, measure performance, and optimise spend to maximise ROI.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Comms to align field activities to GTM priorities and to ensure consistent brand and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
What you will do as Field Marketing Manager at Hadrian:
Pipeline Generation: Design and execute an integrated mix of marketing campaigns to engage key personas within our ICP. This includes organizing events (conferences, roundtables, strategic vertical-focused events), account-based marketing campaigns, and through-channel initiatives.
Regional Expertise: Act as the marketing authority for North America. Partner closely with Account Executives to align on financial targets, funnel goals, and high-priority accounts. Deploy tailored tactics to penetrate and convert these accounts effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with digital, content, and other internal teams to deliver cohesive messaging across various campaign formats.
Budget Management: Own the regional field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and delivering measurable ROI.
Channel Program Support: Work alongside the Channel Director to design and support channel programs while building strong relationships with channel partners in the region.
Performance Measurement: Track and report on key KPIs, including campaign ROI, pipeline contribution, and the quality and effectiveness of marketing materials and events.
Swiss Army Knife of Project Management: As the sole marketer for the US region, you will act as the central point of contact for key programmes owned by HQ but executed regionally, including PR, ABM, and regional webinars. You will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, ensuring seamless local execution, and adapting global initiatives to maximise regional impact.
