Senior Solutions Engineer - US East
Do you love turning complex cybersecurity challenges into compelling stories, impressive demos, and winning technical conversations?
Then look no further, and join us here at Hadrian as our new Senior Solutions Engineer!
Who are we?
What if cybersecurity could think like a hacker?
At Hadrian, that's exactly what we're building: the future of offensive cybersecurity, powered by autonomous AI agents that think like hackers. Founded in Amsterdam in 2021, we're on a mission to change the way organisations defend themselves by helping them find and fix security weaknesses before attackers can exploit them.
Our platform brings together two products: Atlas, which continuously maps an organisation's external attack surface and validates which exposures are genuinely exploitable, and Nova, which uses AI agents to perform in-depth penetration testing on demand. Together, they give security teams the visibility and proof they need to focus on what really matters and stay ahead of emerging threats.
Backed by $65M in total funding, including our recent $40M Series B led by Forgepoint Capital International and SmartFin, we're investing in the next generation of autonomous offensive security and expanding our impact across global markets. With a team spanning 25+ countries and offices in Amsterdam, London, and New York, we're helping organisations rethink what's possible in cybersecurity.
Join us and help shape the future of offensive security.
Your Role:
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Hadrian, you'll be the technical expert guiding prospective customers across the Eastern United States through their journey with our platform. Working closely with our Sales team, you'll take ownership of the technical presales process, from the first discovery call and product demonstration to running successful POVs and helping bring deals across the finish line.
You'll combine your cybersecurity expertise with strong storytelling and problem-solving skills to understand each customer's challenges, demonstrate the value of our technology, and build confidence in Hadrian's solutions. Whether you're delivering an engaging demo, answering complex technical questions, or guiding a prospect through a POV, you'll play a crucial role in turning technical interest into commercial success.
You'll join a fast-growing company with established sales processes and a proven product, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact while working with cutting-edge technology at the intersection of cybersecurity and autonomous AI.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being both technical and customer-facing, takes ownership of their work, and knows how to make complex technology accessible and exciting to different audiences.
